Requirements:

Exceptional communication abilities, including the ability to effectively and professionally explain products and services. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to operate independently with limited supervision and in teams to provide value to our clients. Strong working understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, as well as prior expertise with CRM platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, and others. Customers must be able to receive effective verbal and written solutions. Must be able to successfully communicate at all levels of the organization. With minimal sales training, you’ll be able to start selling to existing and former connections right away. This position requires a strong focus on prospecting and closing sales that emerge from such prospecting.

Tasks:

Develop a regional strategy to meet the sales budget and meet the designated territory’s growth targets. Promote Canftech’s goods to start-ups and small businesses. As needed, provide technical expertise to the customer network.
To ensure Canftech’s sustained success, effectively find and explain new product prospects and uses. Negotiate technical and economic terms of each opportunity within designated territory, including CDA and supply agreements (in collaboration with Legal).
To develop in Canftech resins and overcome objections, effectively manage the sales cycle process and collaborate with all parties.

Capable of focusing on major initiatives and prioritizing customer needs.
On behalf of Canftech, actively participate and engage in technical seminars, trade exhibitions, and speaking engagements. During sales calls and meetings, provide territorial reports as requested by management. Other responsibilities include promoting Canftech to our consumer base.
For approximately half of the time, I’m fine with traveling.
Technical knowledge on chromatography resins and their uses can be understood. Capable of effectively communicating with R&D, engineering, procurement, and purchasing contacts.
